Kazuki Hosokawa (細川 一毅) was a Sega artist, known early on for his work on the Panzer Dragoon series and Jet Set Radio. He frequently works with Toshihiro Nagoshi ever since migrating from Smilebit to Amusement Vision. This led to him working on the Yakuza series from the first installment, progressively becoming more involved as he became art director and eventually overall director of the games, followed by producing the spin-offs Judgment and Lost Judgment.[1]

Since leaving Sega, he has continued to work with Nagoshi at Nagoshi Studio.[1]
