Paku Sugiura (杉浦 舶) is a character artist at Sega of Japan. He worked at developer Overworks and its successors on Skies of Arcadia and the Sakura Taisen series, but after his work on the innovative CANVAS artwork in Valkyria Chronicles, moved to the Yakuza team at CS R&D Dept. #1.
