Ryuichiro Kutsuzawa (沓沢 龍一郎) is a former artist at Sega.

He began his career as a manga artist for the Tama Art University club magazine. After graduating, he joined Sega, where he notably worked on Streets of Rage 3, the Clockwork Knight franchise and Panzer Dragoon. Since leaving the company, most likely in 1995 or 1996, he has worked with Psikyo (Sengoku Blade), Square (Front Mission Alternative), Kogado Studio (Rasetsu and Rasetsu Xan) and Nihon Falcom (Dinosaur: Resurrection).

Kutsuzawa returned to manga as well, in addition to branching out into illustrating for magazines, book covers, trading cards, etc. He is also a visiting professor at Osaka University of Art.[2]
