Sega Park Brighton was an indoor Sega Park arcade located on Madeira Drive, Brighton, United Kingdom, within the Aquarium Terrace complex on the seafront, close to Brighton Palace Pier. It was opened in 2002 by franchisee Leisure Exchange.[1]

Despite the signage not saying such, most listings online referred to the venue as Sega Park & Casino Brighton.

The venue briefly closed in 2006, but was shortly reopened under the "Leisure Exchange" name before closing permanently in Late-2007. The building remained empty for years after closure with its signage intact and following the Burger King's closure in 2015, the building was stripped up in 2017 and split into several units. In 2021, a portion of the building was repurposed as a video game-focused public bar called the "Loading Bar".

Layout

Sega Park Brighton was located in a long building with windows all near the front, within the Aquarium Terrace complex. It was located next to a Burger King outlet, which shared a door into the arcade.

As with other Sega Park venues during Leisure Exchange ownership, the Brighton venue heavily put its focus on gambling machines (mostly within the Sega Casino portion of the arcade), rigged penny-pushers and Claw Machines than video games. It also would feature the same space-themed carpet that the Bournemouth branch would use instead of a Sonic-themed one.
