Seiichiro "Sei" Matsumura (松村 誠一郎), born 1970 in Shizuoka, Japan, is a sound designer whose career started with Sega in 1994. In addition to music composition and sound effects, he has also directed the sound for arcade titles Sega Touring Car Championship, The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Confidential Mission.

Matsumura has also done sound work for interactive art and installations outside of Sega, most notably an installation at Enoshima Island Spa (aka Enospa) produced by architect design group APHELIES in 2006.

Matsumura is also the main composer for the Touch de Uno! series (the DS title is known as Brain Assist overseas).
