Surfer (サーファー) is (presumably) an electro-mechanical arcade machine produced by Sega[1]. The machine dispensed packs of Milky®[2], a popular brand of condensed milk candy[3][4] manufactured by Japanese confectionery company Fujiya Co. Ltd. since 1951[5].
