Instruments of Chaos Starring Young Indiana Jones (prototype; 1993-03-10)

I'm trying to track down more information or the ROM dump itself for this prototype, but I'm not finding anything. What's the source? The most intriguing aspect of this early version of the game is anything showing the Peru stage which was cut from the final game. The later prototype from September 1993 no longer has that stage.
