LaserActive

To do

  • Transcribe Production credits for all MLD games that need them.
  • Write basic summaries for individual hardware/software category pages.
  • Create proper US/JP articles for List of LaserActive games.
  • Investigate likely Canadian imports of (certain?) LaserActive titles by Pioneer Electronics of Canada, Inc.
  • CyberRoach mentions getting in touch with Riverhillsoft about Blue Chicago Blues questions, and that they actually responded and answered him. See what information he got, and- maybe try- uhh, emailing them too?

Researching the PDE-LD1?

Hello! If you're researching the NEC-branded version of the LaserActive, please be aware: the hardware known as the PDE-LD1 is actually the PCE-LD1. It appears the confusion stemmed from the relevant page at the esteemed LaserDisc Archive, where the author mistyped "PCE" as "PDE". Some parts of the page were later corrected, but other parts still display "PDE". This information appears to have been copied wholesale around the internet, with many (including myself at one point) making the mistake. Hope this helps :) CartridgeCulture (talk) 04:24, 30 October 2021 (EDT)
