Video CD videos

During the early years of the Sega Saturn, Sega invested time and money into the short-lived Video CD standard, primarily to give the Saturn's Video CD Card a purpose. As many of these releases advertised the existence of the Saturn and its Video CD card, many of these Video CDs are mistaken for Saturn software, when in fact they should play in any Video CD-enabled device (with third-party devices, this software will run on the Sega Dreamcast, for example).
