SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2000

Eidos, one of the world's leading developers and publishers of entertainment software, announced that it has extended its exclusive worldwide publishing deal for the video game based on the hit film "Chicken Run"(TM).

Eidos will now publish the Dreamcast version in addition to the PlayStation and PC games announced in May. The game is being licensed from and developed by Blitz Games and is due for release later this year. The film is being distributed by DreamWorks SKG and Pathe.

"Chicken Run"(TM) has torn up film charts around the world and won extensive critical acclaim since its release in June. The film is a co-production from DreamWorks SKG, Aardman and Pathe, and the adventure-comedy's cast includes the voices of Julia Sawalha, Miranda Richardson, Imelda Staunton and Jane Horrocks.
