Relic Entertainment is a Canadian video game developer founded in 1997 known for its strategy games. It was acquired by THQ in 2004, and, following THQ's demise, was bought by Sega in 2013. Many of its older listings on Steam were updated to reflect this.

In 2024 Relic became an independent studio due to a cost-cutting drive at Sega Europe[2].
