Yuichi Kanatani (金谷 裕一) is a former[1] sound composer at Sega AM1, whose first work with Sega was on arcade trivia/game show title Network Taisen Quiz Answer X Answer. He is also noted for breaking the tradition of self-arranging the Yakuza theme "Receive You" (originally composed by Hidenori Shoji) in Yakuza 4.

Some time between 2011 and 2014, he and fellow composer Yuki Takatsuto left Sega to work for Sammy.
