Kenei Unoki (鵜木 健栄) joined Sega Enterprises in 1992, where he designed several Game Gear games, usually with Yasuhiro Nishimoto and K Dash. After Game Gear development was discontinued in 1995, he started providing technical support for various companies making Sega Saturn and Dreamcast games. In 2000 he joined Microsoft.
