Speed Racer in The Challenge of Racer X is a racing game based on the Speed Racer franchise, published by Accolade for IBM PCs. It was at one point set for release on the Sega Mega Drive, but despite being advertised, the game was cancelled for unknown reasons.

The Challenge of Racer X was originally due release in 1993 (later March 1994), meaning, unlike some of Accolade's older Mega Drive titles, it would have been licensed by Sega, having followed the Sega v. Accolade court case.
