Capto Candy is an arcade prize redemption game manufactured by Sega Amusements International. It is a variant of their Capto Crane crane game with a smaller claw that allows for smaller prizes like candy or toys to be picked up. It is programmed to always allow an player to win, so if the player failed to grab the prize the first time they would try again until they win.
