Dream Palace 3 (ドリームパレス3) is an unreleased crane game developed by Sega in 2006.
Like previous Dream Palace UFO Catchers, Dream Palace 3 was to have a large, circular cabinet allowing multiple players to play at once. The game's special gimmick was a large, rotating monitor located in the center of the case, which slowly turned while nobody was playing and faced the active booth once a coin was inserted. Small cameras were located on the monitor and in the prize drop area to allow winning players to take a commemorative photo with their prize. These photos would then be displayed on the machine's monitor in order to entice new players[1].
Dream Palace 3 was location-tested at Sega's Shinsaibashi GiGO arcade in 2006, but has not been seen since. It is likely that the project was cancelled before its formal release.
