Chiho Kobayashi (小林 千穂) is a former Sega sound composer and guitarist for [H.]. She joined Sega in 1998 after having been a music teacher[2], working on several games under Hitmaker, most notably the Virtua Tennis series.

Her major influences are Kinniku Shōjo Tai and Queen and Michael Jackson, whose 1987 album Bad was the first album she purchased (on casette).[1]
