Haunting Starring Polterguy is a 1993 game for the Sega Mega Drive by Electronic Arts.

Gameplay

You play as Polterguy, a ghost whose task is to haunt the Sardinis, a family of snobs, out of the houses they keep moving into. You do this by taking control of various inanimate objects scattered around the house and loading them with traps that the family members will encounter, scaring them. The object to load with a trap is indicated by a mark resembling a flash of light; hit A once to "go into" the object and A again to get out. B and {{}} do something; exactly what is unknown (TODO).

After successfully scaring a family member out of the room they are in, pieces of "ecto" drop from above; collect them to refill your "ecto" meter (which goes down as you play). If your meter empties, you will be taken to the Underworld, where you must collect all the pieces of "ecto" to escape.
