Katsuhisa "Kats" Sato (佐藤 勝久) is a Japanese artist, producer, and designer most notable for his work at Sega of Japan, and for later serving as senior producer at Sega Europe.

He is sometimes credited as Katsuhiko Sato, which may have led to confusion with another artist named Katsuhiko Sato (佐藤 勝彦), who worked on sports games in Japan while Katsuhisa was in Europe.
