Metropolis was the first Sega-branded arcade to open in the United Kingdom, and was located in the basement of Hamleys at 188-196 Regent Street, Soho, London.

Little is known about Metropolis' history, aside from opening in November 1992 and housing a comparitively rare R360 machine[1] and the "Sega Net Merc"[2] system. It is thought to have closed (or re-branded) in the late 1990s.
