Sega World Birmingham was an indoor Sega World arcade located above a Blockbuster video on High Street, Erdington, Birmingham.

Little is currently known about this venue - especially for when it opened and closed, although very likely before the Leisure Exchange buyout of the Sega arcades in 2000.

The top floor where Sega World was located was converted into a "Fast Tan Centre" in the early 2000s. By 2009, the unit became home to a UTC Ultimate Training Centre gym which later encompassed the entire building after Blockbuster's closure in 2013, and was closed for good by 2018. As of 2020, the building, including the former Sega World portion above, has been home to a Borshch Electric Store.
