The Total Control Plus is a third-party Sega Dreamcast accessory manufactured by EMS. It is essentially an upgrade to the Total Control 2, allowing PlayStation and PlayStation 2 controllers to be used with the console, but wit the added benefit of VMU support.
Two variants of this device exist, presumably with identical functions. They both shipped in the same packaging. In Japan it was released by Karat as the Controller Adapter 3.
