The 1999-11-22 build of Rayman 2: The Great Escape is a prototype build of Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the Sega Dreamcast. Though the disc is dated November 23, this prototype was built on November 22.
This is a debug build that is dated roughly three months before the final game, with various debugging commands available. At this stage in development, the game is still largely a port of the Windows PC version of the game, with many Dreamcast-specific features such as Globox Village unfinished or missing.
