    Wonder Boy Anniversary Collection is a compilation containing games from across the Wonder Boy series. It is an expanded version of the previously-released Wonder Boy Collection.

    The collection was announced by Strictly Limited Games to be available exclusively from their online store[7], becoming available to Pre-Order on March 6, 2022. Their regular PlayStation 4 version was limited to 2,000 copies worldwide, its Collector's Edition to 1,500 copies worldwide, and its Ultra Collector's Edition to 499 copies worldwide while its Nintendo Switch regular version was limited to 4,000 copies worldwide, its Collector's Edition to 3,000 copies worldwide, and its Ultra Collector's Edition to 999 copies worldwide. An Aluminium Plate Art Card was also available for sale[8].
