Banpresto Co., Ltd. is a Japanese video game developer and publisher established in 1977 as Hoei Sangyō before renaming itself to Coreland in 1982. In 1989 it was bought by Bandai, and renamed Banpresto.

When Namco and Bandai merged to form Namco Bandai, Banpresto was restructured and now focuses solely on toys based on Bandai's products.
