The E-time Game Play, also known as the 16 Bit Game Player Hand-Hold, is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive "console on a chip" distributed in parts of China. It connects to a TV and allows ROM images to be played via an SD card port. It also contains a DE-9 port, meaning a second controller can be connected to the unit.
The system runs on 3 AAA batteries.
