Masaki Matsuno (松野 雅樹) is a Japanese engineer and developer. He joined Sega in April 1985, primarily engineering amusement machines. By the end of the decade, he had begun work on what would later become the R360, with personnel soon belonging to the AM4 development division. After work on Model 1 titles and Aqua Stage, Matsuno appears to have left Sega during the latter half of the 1990s.
