This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Atsushi Seimiya (清宮 敦嗣), also known as Seishi Atsumiya, is an artist and manager at Sega of Japan. He became a lead artist early on and was one of the few people to work on the entire Streets of Rage trilogy on Mega Drive. He became an art director with the World Advanced Daisenryaku games on Saturn and made his debut as game director with Skies of Arcadia.

At Overworks and its successor Sega WOW, he took on an R&D management role, and after the company split apart into several R&D departments, he became the manager of AM R&D Dept. 1 while continuing to illustrate for the Sangokushi Taisen series of arcade games.
