Masanao Maeda (前田 雅尚) is an executive producer at Marza Animation Planet[4]. He joined Sega Enterprises in 1991 and worked as a secretary for president Hayao Nakayama for half a year. He then held key positions in the software strategy team, monitoring game development and planning out release schedules, particularly for second-party developers working with Sega. He became the president and COO of Sega of America in 2009[5][3][6].
