Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster is a Sega Saturn graphic adventure game developed by Alexandria and Tachyon Studios, and published by Interplay. A port of the titular 1995 Windows PC game Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster, it was released exclusively in Europe 1997.

A North American version was mentioned at E3 1996 (for a release later in the year) but did not materialise.

During conversion, Alexandria was shut down, and Earl was hired to complete the conversion by Tachyon Studios, until they too closed. Earl was then contracted by InterPlay Productions to finish the game. With no support team, Earl had to develop tools to convert art to Sega CD format and movies to Cinepak format.

Earl Stratton[3]

Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster originally began as a late title for the Mega-CD. In 1996, Alexandria began development on the original Mega-CD version of Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster, with programmer Earl Stratton tasked with converting the game to the platform.[3] Ultimately, development would be shifted to the Sega Saturn, where it would eventually be released the following year.
