Iguana Entertainment was an American video game developer. Founded by Jeff Spangenberg in August 1991, the company's early employees consisted mainly of staff from his previous studio, Punk Development (which had gone defunct after its relationship with publisher RazorSoft ended.) It was acquired by Acclaim in January 1995, and was later rebranded as Acclaim Studios Austin in May 1999.

In 2004, the developer was liquidated in Acclaim's bankruptcy.
