SC-5000

From Sega Retro

SC-5000.

The SC-5000 was an unreleased computer platform announced alongside the SC-3000 by Sega in 1983. Not much was known, other than it was shown in prototype form at the 1983 Micom Show and was planned to have hardware specifications on par with NEC's PC-8800 series. Presumably it was scrapped in favor of the SC-3000H.
