Mega Drive simulation games
From Sega Retro
While the Sega Mega Drive was not really well known for its simulation and strategy games (as Sega lumped the two genres together under Simulation), it saw innovation in the genres, most famously in Tecnosoft's Herzog Zwei — the first real-time strategy game. Electronic Arts's back catalog of PC games and knowledge of the Mega Drive hardware would allow it to provide unique strategy games for the platform, such as General Chaos, a real-time strategy game for four players.
