Batman Returns for the Sega Mega CD is an action game developed by Malibu and published by Sega. It is based on the movie with the same name, and is entirely different to the Mega Drive, Master System and Game Gear games. It contains a mixture of 2D platform stages and psuedo-3D driving stages.
At the time, Batman Returns was considered an impressive title for its heavy use of the Mega CD's scaling abilities.
